What is the return policy?
If you would like to return one of our excellent priced products then here is our return policy:
1.) There will be a 10% restocking fee.
2.) Must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
3.) Shipping will not be refunded.
3.) The product must be in original condition and not opened. Some products such as bikes can not be returned.
Is their Warrenty on the Hub Motor Kits?
Yes, we do offer a 90 day warranty on the motor and controller. Just send it back to us with a RMA # (given after you email us) and we will process it as soon as possible.
How long does it take for processing?
If you order before 8 PM (PST) then rest assured that your product will be shipped the next business day (excluding electric bike). Hub Motor kits will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.
